The Together for Diversity in Business initiative was born from the need to support organizations that want to implement and cultivate a culture of diversity. Diversity potential is a natural and inexhaustible source of building a real advantage in a competitive and marked by market changes. The goal of our initiative is to share experience and good practices in the area of diversity. We want to build a Consortium of organizations practically using its potential. They are a valuable source of knowledge and proven solutions. Their commitment to the initiative will guarantee the effectiveness of our activities. The initiator of the undertaking is the Interim Managers Association, which works to build the future labor market and uses the potential of diversity on a daily basis in its activities and in the professional activities of its members.
